"IntoWork runs a Women’s Empowerment Programme. The programme runs for 8 weeks on Mondays from 11am-1pm. The purpose of this programme is to provide a safe space for women to build confidence and clarify goals and aspirations in both their professional and personal lives. It provides an opportunity for participants to take an in-depth look at themselves, including their likes, dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses, so that they may use this information to focus on moving forward with their careers and lives.
