DrugScope is the UK’s leading independent centre of information and expertise on drugs and the national membership organisation for the drug sector. DrugScope's aim is to inform policy development and minimise drug-related harms - to individuals, families and communities. Martin Barnes is a member of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) and the ACMD's Recovery Committee, he was previously Director of the Child Poverty Action Group.
